The crew meets up with Brook, who cannot remember anything other than his own name, and tries to stop Thriller LTD from interfering. They arrive to find their mikoshi destroyed, and Brook remembers that he was once part of Thriller LTD before being betrayed by Hogback, Perona and Absalom. Follow the continuation of this story in One Piece 407.

The story plot of one piece 403 anime series :
The Straw Hats continue their fight, realizing that they are not fighting Kuma, but a robotic duplicate. At the scene of Urouge’s battle with the other Kuma, Dies Drake reveals that the Kuma copies are cyborg clones of Kuma called Pacifista. Kizaru easily takes out Urouge, Drake, and Hawkins, despite Drake possessing a Zoan that allows him to transform into a dinosaur, and Hawkins using his straw Devil Fruit to turn himself into a scarecrow-like monster. Apoo, who had until then been watching the battle, uses a sound-based Devil Fruit to blow Kizaru up, but the Admiral reforms and takes him out too, as he has the power of the Logia Flash Flash Fruit (Pika Pika no Mi).
